As usual we have a tasting of wines and beers made by our members on the Friday night as the basis for a lively and enjoyable social evening.

However, we do need some volunteers to provide us with these wines and beers before I start twisting arms!) 

Wine

We are looking for country wines here if possible – can be dry or sweet.  
Preferably a mix of colours, with 4 or 5 bottles are sufficient.
Looking for volunteers to provide a range of wines.

• James Smith : Dry Blackberry/Medium Elderflower
• Peter Robinson : Dry White
• Bruce Chadfield : Sweet White/Rose

Beer

A theme of the new beer styles has been suggested and we would certainly like to see some of those although if we stuck to these exclusively, we would have a very dark and alcoholic menu! 
So perhaps one or two of you could provide some light relief from the list below.

• American Brown / Amber / Porter : Richard Baldwin
• Belgian Quad : Peter Robinson
• Speciality IPA – Black / Hazy / Double : Kevin Martin
• Belgian Tripel : Mick Harrison
• Belgian Dubbel : Chris Evans
• Light Lager : Quentin Palmer
• Baltic Porter
• Foreign Extra / Imperial Stout

For beers, 6-8 500 ml bottles is plenty.

So, if anyone can help me out, please drop me an email and let me know what you plan to brew.
I will then confirm with you if it does not duplicate something we already have on tap.
