Batch Size 23l; OG 1050; FG 1008; ABV 5.6%; IBU 40; Colour 21

Mash – 66ºC for 90 minutes

Pale Malt               4kg   
Crystal Malt           335g

Boil – 90 Minutes

Challenger              28g   start
Northdown               19g   start 
Irish moss               3g   last 10 mins
Northdown               16g   last 10 mins

Also add an appropriate time:
White Sugar             480g
